February 27, 2025

1706 New Hampshire Avenue Northwest

Washington D.C., DC, USA

//////////////////////

Please join us for a special evening as we celebrate the launch of Unyielding Resolve: Captive Nations and the Path to Freedom, a memoir by the late TFAS Professor Dr. Lev Dobriansky. The event will feature a panel discussion followed by a reception.

Edited by Dr. Dobrianksy’s daughter and TFAS Board of Trustees member Ambassador Paula Dobriansky, Unyielding Resolve offers a first-person account of the role of nationalism in resisting Russian imperialism by non-Russian peoples and the broader fight for liberation from Russian domination in the Soviet era to today. It offers unique insights on the development of Captive Nations Week that honors the victims of Russian oppression and serves as an enduring reminder of the struggle against repressive regimes everywhere.

Ambassador Paul Dobriansky will lead a panel discussion with co-editor Pratik Chougule, and Soviet-born attorney, foreign policy commentator, and former presidential advisor David Rivkin.
