Meet TFAS students during the January 2018 Institute for Leadership in the Americas (ILA) in beautiful Santiago, Chile. Join the students on a tour of University of the Andes, Chile and learn more about this historic city in the foothills of the Andes mountains.
Explore Valparaiso and its famous vineyards. Then, fly to Patagonia to experience some of the world’s great natural beauties. Visit the Milodon Cave and shores of Grey Lake to observe its unique blue icebergs. Enjoy panoramic views of the famous Torres del Paine National Park.
Your last stop will include the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires, Argentina’s capital city, where you will see the glamorous residential areas as well as the colorful immigrant neighborhood of La Boca. No trip would be complete without dinner and a tango show. Then, say farewell to your travel mates or continue on the optional extension to Easter Island.
