As an accomplished economist and Hillsdale College associate professor, Butters will share his insight on the power of economic freedom as a solution to societal problems.

Per Washington University guidelines, all visitors must be fully vaccinated (2 doses). Boosters are recommended but not required. Exemptions are only available for medical or religious reasons. About Dr. Roger Butters
Roger Butters is an associate professor at Hillsdale College. He has taught in both the public and private sectors. His qualifications include a background in financial markets and international trade, traditional classroom teaching and extensive experience in online teaching and coursework development. Dr. Butters has been invited to teach seminars on economics and international finance at universities around the United States, Europe and China. His primary research interests are in the fields of economic education, international finance and growth.
