These historic apartment buildings are located just steps from Metro stops, the Capitol building, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and other D.C. attractions. They are also within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, night life and Eastern Market.
TFAS alumna Lauren Dickinson (IPJ 11) couldn’t be happier with her TFAS apartment on Capitol Hill. “My historic apartment is beautiful, I’m in a safe and fun neighborhood in the heart of D.C. and I love the stability of all-inclusive rent,” said Dickinson. “I really couldn’t ask for anything else.”
Apartments are fully furnished, including a complete kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.), are air-conditioned and have easily accessible laundry facilities. Cable, Wi-Fi and other utilities are also included in the monthly rent. Tenants live among other TFAS alumni and students.
Apartment amenities include:

- Free laundry facilities
Leasing options are flexible including short-term, semester and extended stay opportunities. Pricing ranges from $1100 – $1600 per month based on apartment availability and layout.
