Jackie Montegut has been the executive assistant at The Fund for American Studies since 2000 and is a former member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Capital Chapter. She attended Trinity University’s School of Professional Studies, where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration.

Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Jackie is a loyal Redskins fan. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and attending events at her church, like the mother-daughter teas she attends with her mother.  She looks forward to the holidays that bring family together, especially Thanksgiving, when her relatives gather and continue their tradition of the “gratitude ring,” where each family member recalls the blessings of the year.

Jackie is the proud mother of one son, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Birmingham, England and currently works in California.
