Coordinator of Capital Semester and Leadership and the American Presidency

Pasquale “Pat” DiFrancesco (ICPES 13) is the coordinator of the Capital Semester and Leadership and the American Presidency programs. A graduate of Allegheny College, Pat has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and environmental studies. On campus, he served as an AmeriCorps Bonner Scholar, completing over 1,700 hours of community service.

An alumnus of the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems (ICPES), Pat spent his TFAS student summer interning with the North American Association for Environmental Education. He also returned to TFAS to serve as the program advisor for the Institute on Economics and International Affairs (IEIA) in 2014.

Pat has worked as an account executive at ArtsAnywhere, a paralegal for Babst | Calland, Attorneys at Law and as a legislative fellow for Pennsylvania State Representative Michael Hanna, Democratic Whip.

A Pittsburgh native, Pat is a loyal hometown sports fan who enjoys history and golf and loves watching both “Game of Thrones” and “House of Cards.”
