Deadline Extended For FTE Summer Programs For High School Students

//////////////////////

Extended Application Deadline: April 4, 2016

Encourage the high school sophomores and juniors in your life to apply for the Economics for Leaders (EFL) programs, sponsored by TFAS partner organization, the Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE).

These week-long programs help high school students enhance their leadership skills and develop an understanding of the “economic way of thinking.” Through engaging games and simulations, students learn how to apply economic reasoning principles to national and international issues.

Summer 2016 programs include “Economics for Leaders” and “Economic History for Leaders” and are hosted at 15 prestigious university campuses across the United States including Yale, Cornell and Duke. College credit is available.

For more information and to apply, visit www.FTE.org/student-programs.

When applying, please tell your high school students to list “TFAS” in the “How did you hear about FTE?” section of the application.
