As thousands of rising young leaders gain experience as interns in the nation’s capital this summer, they will have the opportunity to enhance their internship experience by learning new ideas at the Capitol Hill Lecture Series. Hosted by The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) and the Office of Senator Rand Paul, this annual series features prominent business, congressional and judicial leaders speaking on topics surrounding “Free Markets, Individual Liberty and Civil Society.”
The program attracts 1,500 students each year, putting young people face-to-face with prominent leaders who are advancing the cause for freedom.
Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano kicks off the 2019 series on Thursday, June 13, with a discussion titled “Do We Still Have a Constitution?” During the lecture, Napolitano will share exciting anecdotes and insights from his nearly 20 years of reporting on government misconduct and waste.
Following each lecture, interns have the unique opportunity for a Q&A style discussion with the speakers, allowing them even more direct access to today’s leaders in liberty.
Made possible through the generous support of the Einhorn Family Foundation, the Capitol Hill Lecture Series is open to all Washington, D.C., interns and provides a platform for them to network with other students while exploring ideas related to economic freedom and limited government.
