Housing Available For TFAS Alumni In Washington, D.C.

//////////////////////

Looking to move to Washington, D.C. or currently looking for an apartment in the District?

We have fully furnished apartment space available for TFAS alumni at a discounted rate. Located on the House side of Capitol Hill, the apartments are in one of the oldest residential communities in D.C. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee houses and lively night life, the apartments are just a short walk from the Capitol Building, the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, Nationals Stadium and more.

Capital Semester alumnus Justin Beirold (CSS 14) loved living on Capitol Hill during his time in Washington, D.C. “The location was simply amazing. Being able to study at the Library of Congress and walk to national landmarks whenever I want [was] liberating and memorable,” said Beirold.

These apartments are fully furnished, including a complete kitchen (pots, pants, dishes, utensils, etc.), are air-conditioned and have easily accessible laundry facilities. Cable, Wi-Fi and other utilities are also included in the monthly rent. Tenants live among other TFAS alumni, Capital Semester (fall/spring) and Legal Studies Institute (summer) students.

Parking is limited but public transportation is easily accessible via Capitol South & Union Station metro stations as well as several bus stops within walking distance.

For questions or further information, contact TFAS housing at DCprograms@TFAS.org.
