TFAS Welcomes Summer Students & Program Advisors

The beginning of summer has arrived at TFAS and a record number of students are coming to Washington to attend the five summer institutes.

On May 22, 40 Legal Studies Institute (LSI) students arrived on Capitol Hill. The students have already begun classes, summer associate positions and have started to attend guest lectures and panels. The 400 students attending one of the Georgetown Institutes move on to campus June 6 to kick off their summer of classes, internships and special events hosted by TFAS. 2010 Program Advisors
The summer Program Advisors (PA) arrived in Washington to begin preparations for the 2010 Georgetown Institutes in late May. Each summer, an alumnus from each Georgetown Institute returns to work as PA. The PAs serve as liaisons between TFAS staff and students attending the programs, and it is their hard work that makes every students’ experience memorable.
