Abby McGovern is the program coordinator for the Capital Semester program and the Leadership + the American Presidency program. She is a graduate of Regent University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in government with a minor in history.
Prior to joining TFAS, Abby spent several summers interning with Generation Joshua. This sparked her interest in working with students and helping them to develop leadership skills and experience. Abby is an alumna of The Heritage Foundation’s Young Leaders Program, where she spent a semester interning with Heritage Action for America. A native of Frederick, Maryland, she is excited to be able to call D.C. her new home.
