Diego Perez serves as the outreach and engagement coordinator for TFAS International Programs. Before joining TFAS, he worked at the Center for European Policy Analysis and taught English through the North American Language and Cultural Assistants Program (NALCAP).
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Diego grew up in a vibrant binational community that sparked his interest in international affairs. He studied government and romance languages at Dartmouth College and spent a semester abroad in Rome, Italy.
After graduating, he taught English in Spain’s Valencian Community. Now based in the Washington, D.C., area, Diego enjoys connecting with people from around the world and exploring local coffee shops for culinary inspiration.
