Maggie Rymer is the alumni programs and engagement manager at The Fund for American Studies (TFAS). Originally from Dallas, Texas, she holds a master’s degree in statecraft and international affairs from The Institute of World Politics (IWP) in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in history and international affairs from West Virginia University.
Prior to joining TFAS, Maggie served in the Peace Corps as a youth development volunteer in Belize, where she taught physical education and coached youth sports within her community. During her time at IWP, she served as communications director for the Student Government Association and was a founding member of her school’s chapter of the John Quincy Adams Society. She is also an alumna of the Critical Language Scholarship Program, where she studied Russian.
In her free time, Maggie enjoys volunteering with charitable and philanthropic organizations throughout the Washington, D.C., area.
