Digital Communications Coordinator

TFAS is searching for a self-starting, creative thinker to join its communications team as a digital communications coordinator. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a small team, listens intently to information and task direction and follows projects through to completion. This person takes personal pride in and ownership of their work, is excited and motivated to learn new skills, is resourceful, and takes initiative to meet objectives.

FTE Student Program Coordinator

The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) high school program division, the Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE), is searching for a student program coordinator to join the Davis, California, office. This role will assist the student program manager with the student admission process and play a vital role in the logistics of FTE’s growing in-person and virtual student programs.

Alumni Engagement + Special Programs Coordinator

The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) is searching for an alumni engagement coordinator who will focus on coordinating and developing a variety of programs for alumni to stay connected to each other and TFAS. Alumni engagement programs will include a variety of volunteer opportunities and networking events. This position is based in Washington, D.C., and will require some domestic travel.

Recruitment Partnerships + Admissions Coordinator

The Fund for American Studies’ (TFAS) Collegiate Programs Department is hiring a Coordinator of Recruitment Partnerships + Admissions. The Coordinator will focus on various recruitment and admissions projects for TFAS’s Washington, D.C.-based academic internship programs for undergraduate students interested in careers in government, public policy, journalism and the nonprofit sector, as well as for first- and second-year law students.

Staff Accountant

TFAS is seeking a staff accountant to work with the CFO in all accounting cycle activities, including monthly closing of general ledger and accounts payable (Sage Intacct software), bank account reconciliations, cash receipts and disbursements, investments and fixed assets. The job is D.C.-based with a hybrid work environment.
