Communications Associate

The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) is searching for a self-starting, creative thinker to join its communications team in Washington, D.C. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a small team, listens intently to information and task direction, follows projects through to completion, takes personal pride in and ownership of their work, is excited and motivated to learn new skills, and is resourceful and willing to take initiative in order to meet objectives. The full-time position will report to the Communications Manager and Director of Communications.

Assistant/Coordinator – Development Operations

The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) is seeking a development assistant/coordinator responsible for maintaining positive donor relationships. The development assistant/coordinator will conduct administrative duties including daily caging, thank you letters, CRM (Raiser’s Edge currently) gift entry, and ensure up to date supporter contact information.

Seasonal Office Assistant

The Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE), an affiliate of The Fund for American Studies (TFAS), is seeking an independent, hard-working person to provide office support. Great organization, communication and planning skills are required.

Major Gift Officer

The Major Gift Officer, a new role within the organization, will be responsible for developing strategy and managing a portfolio of current donors and prospects to The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) and the Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE), its affiliate. The assigned portfolio will cover the western region of the United States.
