ABOUT THE SPEAKER
As a college student, Kirby Wilbur attended the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems (ICPES) with TFAS in 1973. In addition to his radio show on Seattle’s KVI AM 570, Wilbur previously worked as state director of Americans for Prosperity and executive director of the National Journalism Center.
