TFAS supporters, friends and local alumni are invited to join TFAS for a complementary luncheon and discussion featuring Gerard Baker, Editor-at-Large of The Wall Street Journal and TFAS Media Fellow, at the Naples Yacht Club on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Gerard will deliver a powerful lecture on “Charting the Path Forward: Rebuilding Trust in America’s Institutions.” He will discuss what we can expect from the new administration in Washington and share ideas for how we can restore trust in our institutions. President Roger Ream will also share updates on the latest growth and developments at TFAS.

Gerard Baker

Gerard Baker is the editor-at-large of The Wall Street Journal and TFAS Media Fellow. Baker writes a weekly column and hosts a podcast, both titled “Free Expression.” He has previously served as Editor-in-Chief of The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones. Baker has worked for several prestigious news organizations throughout his career, including The Financial Times, The Times of London and the BBC.
