Whether it’s writing for a campus paper, contributing to an outlet like The College Fix or getting started in journalism, the Student Journalism Association’s Individual Membership engages students on campuses where no SJA publication is present.
Open to undergraduates across the country, membership connects student journalists with a network of likeminded peers who share the same aspirations. It is completely free to join.
Members receive access to virtual events with professional journalists throughout the year, as well as invitations to the TFAS National Student Journalism Honors Conference each Spring. The program also connects members with TFAS’s postgraduate opportunities, including the Joseph Rago Memorial Fellowship, Journalism Excellence Fellowship and Media Accelerator Fellowship.
